A new National Park Service (NPS) report shows that 5,969,811 visitors to park name in 2016 spent $648,170,900 in communities near the park. Earlier this summer, Arizona Public Service (APS) generously donated $229,000 to open Granite Mountain Hotshots Memorial State Park. The donation by APS completes the amount needed to open the park.
