Her Hand Gun

Handgun – don't buy mom a handgun unless she has tried it out already and has specifically requested that model. Instead, take her to the range to try some out. Becoming An Outdoors Woman

Becoming an Outdoors Woman – The Arizona Wildlife Federation conducts Becoming an Outdoors Woman twice a year at Camp Friendly Pines outside Prescott. Skills such as gun safety, shooting, angling (including fly fishing), camping, Dutch-oven cooking, map and compass reading, and marksmanship with rifle and bow are taught. Space is limited and the fee is $385, plus $75 for the Wall/Rope session.

Finally, and possibly the thing Mom will love most: Spend some time with her. Take her out to the Sporting Clays range, or an indoor range and just have fun shooting together. Try not to take it too hard if she out shoots you.
