GOLDWATER -- He is one of 13 (at press time) young kitties who have been captured, spayed or neutered, and released by members of VFW Post 3513 as part of their neighborhood community service. It's known as VFW "Alley Cats Operation Paws". If you would like to offer this gentle boy a forever home (or even a foster home), please email jim@zbw.com. Another way to be a part of this valuable project is to donate in the name of the Post to Arizona Spay and Neuter Clinic.

Here at Scottsdale Spay and Neuter, we are closely affiliated with our full-service veterinary partner, Animal Medical Services of Scottsdale. Our mission is providing a safe, healthy alternative to expensive veterinary surgical care. Reducing overpopulation, pet homelessness and needless euthanasia is our goal. At Scottsdale Spay and Neuter, we believe that even one less homeless pet is a step in the right direction.

Each kitty client has been given a name on arrival, treated gently and expertly, and the staff stays in close touch with the VFW Auxiliary volunteer after the procedure.
