Letter To HAHWG 'Finding Common Ground'

September 1, 2019

New Belgium Brewing Company recently released a three-part film series called, "Finding Common Ground". The film series explores the power of understanding another's perspective and setting aside differences to protect public lands. New Belgium Fat Tire is aiming to donate up to $250,000 to organizations dedicated to protecting public lands and shared outdoor spaces. This video series was fantastically produced, and covers the stories of: a hunter and a climber, a wheeler and a biker, and a kayaker and a fisherman. Check them out!

If you attended the summer Hunting & Angling Heritage Work Group meeting, you noticed a theme of connecting with new audiences, having a unified message for conservation, and preserving our outdoor heritage. I think these videos tie really nicely to what we discussed, and we wanted to make sure you saw them. Keep up the great work and let us know if we can help you in any way!

Best,
