For Event Sponsors - The earlier we have a commitment to be a sponsor, the sooner we can begin planning for your individualized sponsorship needs and we will know what opportunities are still available for others.

Specialty areas can be customized according to the sponsor’ needs; such as a Ride and Drive course for Jeep Dealers or off-roaders, firearms area sponsor, a Kayak Pond Sponsor, Shotgun sponsor and Boating area Sponsor. I or another member of the Expo Team would be happy to come out discuss opportunities at any time.

Note to food Vendors – Food Vendors are by Invitation only – You will need a code to enter that portion of

registration. Please DO NOT share your invitation code with other vendors who have not attended the Expo, you may lose your spot. The code for 2020 is BENAVERY2020

After that all prices will go up $200.00 per booth on and after December 1st, 2019.
