The warming spring weather brings out "the best in show". Make that plural: shows!

The first of the Arizona favorites is the 16th annual International Sportsmen Exposition & Arizona Boat Show, this year at WestWorld of Scottsdale from Thursday, March 10 through Sunday, March 13.

One of the highlights of the Expo is shown on this month's cover - the giant WesternBass.com Aquarium Demonstration Tank, which is presented again this year by Arizona Boating & Watersports/Western Outdoor Times news magazine.

The cover photo leads us into the next spring show, a premier fishing event: Bill Luke Bass Days 2016, Friday, March 18 through Sunday, March 20. This year promises cash prizes galore plus activities to please visitors of all ages.

Following soon after is the always-popular Arizona Game & Fish Department Expo, Saturday, April 2 and Sunday, April 3. This is another family friendly event with all things outdoors.

Two more favorite April events are the Lake Havasu Boat Show - Friday, April 8 through Sunday, April 10 - and, of course, San Diego's annual angling celebration: Day at the Docks, Sunday, April 17.

All these should "put some "spring" in your step.
