Yavapai Flute Circle

A new opportunity for those who enjoy the Native American Flute.

August 1, 2015

Everyone is welcome to join us as the purpose of the flute circle is for like-minded individuals to simply meet and enjoy each other’s company while playing and listening to the Native American Flutes. People of all ages and levels of experience are welcome, ranging from those who have never played a Native American Flute to those who are experienced.

The Yavapai Flute Circle has no dues, no officers and no formal organization. People of all ages and from all over are welcome, there are no boundaries or limitations. Yavapai Flute Circle will promote the Native American Flute, preserve its history and respect its cultural origins and traditions.

Our first gathering of the Yavapai Flute Circle will be:

Saturday, August 1, 2015 at 12:00 noon until 2:30 PM at the Prescott Valley Library, Children’s Reading Room. 7401 E. Civic Circle. Prescott Valley, AZ 86314 (Second Floor, use elevator)

Those people interested in participating should contact coordinator & flute player, Don Schiller, 928-717-1000 (home), 928-710-2383 (Cell) or email at schiller@commspeed.net.

According to co-coordinator & flute player Larry Gotfredson,” we will be playing the flutes at the first session and it would be fun for anyone who has a flute to bring their very first flute. We will do individual and group playing”.

Looking forward to fun and exciting times together!
