Celebrating 10 Years Of Support For Arizona's State Parks
ASPF Moves Into A New Decade
June 15, 2014
June 2014 marks the 10th Anniversary of the Arizona State Parks Foundation. When it was formed, no one imagined the drastic economic shifts that would impact Arizona's park system nor the critical role that ASPF would play in supporting state parks.
Over the last 10 years, ASPF has acted as the primary statewide partner to Arizona's state parks. This Arizona non-profit organization has funded state park programs, projects and events, contributed to keep parks open when the agency underwent major funding sweeps and park closures, invested in capital needs at parks, advocated for state parks financial sustainability when others sought to privatize the park system, and cultivated and supported Friends groups that now invest in their local state parks.
You have been an important partner in this work. Donations to ASPF enable the organization to plan, collaborate, and actively invest in Arizona's state parks. As ASPF moves into a new decade, your support is more critical than ever.
Make your secure, tax-deductive online gift today and help continue the legacy of ASPF's support and advocacy for Arizona's great state parks!
