Jennifer Nakatani, serving as this year’s Derby Queen will be at the Day at the Docks on April 13, She will be

at all Derby events and give out all of the awards at the June 8, Yellowtail Derby Awards Party at the Bali Hai

restaurant. She will officiate at the weighing in of the Angler on the Scale-O-Ale. The Winner of the largest

Yellowtail, besides receiving cash and prizes will get his weight in Ballast Point Pale Ale. There is a Yellowtail

on the label.

The 2014 Yellowtail Derby will be fished from May 4 to June 7, 35 days of Fish’n. Recreational anglers can

fish one day or as many days as they wish, but the biggest fish wins. This year, besides Yellowtail, there will be

prizes for White Seabass and Halibut.
