Seeking Live-In Assistant/Caretaker In New Mexico

August 15, 2013

Fur and Feather Animal Assistance in Pie Town, N.M., is a 90-acre sanctuary for dogs and cats. We are at 8,000 feet in the western mountains, but the climate is reasonably mild.

Our facility specializes in lifetime care for animals that, for many reasons, have nowhere else to go. We are currently searching for a person who shares our vision to stay here at our facility and help us move forward with our continued work to save animals and provide high-quality care.

We do have a modest living area with utilities included, but would prefer an individual who has his/her own motor home or trailer, and some income. There are several options available if the right person comes along as far as living and financial arrangements.

As well as a comfortable work and living environment for our people, we are also seeking a gentle person with some dog smarts and a positive, hopeful attitude. There is quite a bit of ongoing physical work, but nothing heavy or extreme.

If this sounds interesting to you please tell us about yourself at furandfeatheranimalassistance@gmail.com.
