Dock At Tonto National Forest's Saguaro Lake Closed Due To Fire Damage

Mesa, Ariz. (August 23, 2013) – The courtesy dock at Saguaro Del Norte Ramp 1 was damaged by a boat fire August 11, 2013. The dock will remain closed until necessary repairs can be completed.
Ramp 1 as well as ramp 2 and courtesy dock 2 remain open for launching boats at Saguaro Lake.
“We ask for public understanding, support and cooperation as it could take several months to complete the needed repairs.” stated Gary Hanna, Mesa District Ranger.
