Get Out Of The Heat To Fool Hollow Lake

Visit this recreation area for summer interpretive programs.

Fool Hollow Lake Recreation Area in Show Low, Ariz., will hold summer interpretive programs May 25 through August 31. These summer interpretive programs will include nature walks, programs about wildland firefighting and lecture programs ranging from the Old West to animal conservation.

These programs are coordinated and presented by the US Forest Service in conjunction with Arizona State Parks, Arizona Game & Fish Department, Show Low Historical Society, and many others.

Most programs take place at the Amphitheater/Interpretive Area. Nature walks start at the east boat ramp. Both locations are on the campground side of the lake. Contact the Ranger Station for further details. Scheduling and topics are subject to change.
