Western Outdoor Times - Times Spent Outdoors: Priceless!

On the way back to the trailhead parking lot after seeing the Fort and the Visitor's Center, I recommend taking the higher trail back. It gives you an incredible view of the countryside and lets you see different things on the way back. We found a veritable ocotillo forest up there!
