"STORMY WEATHER" -- Even though Arizona's monsoon season is nearing an end, stormy weather is still -- and always -- a possibility. Ron and Rose Werner of the Phoenix Power Squadron advise putting on PFDs, getting to a sheltered area, dropping anchor, remaining calm, and enjoying the "fireworks."
